Her creative and personal journey lead her down a multi-faceted path of self-discovery that allowed her to explore and embody true self-trust and service to beauty, love, rooting, and expansion. She honors how messy all of these things can be and feel as they come together in our experiences.
Certified as an EnergyCodes™ Coach through Morter Institute, and versed in archetypal theory, the creative embodiment process, integrative breathwork, and a variety of energy healing modalities, including Akashic Records readings, she brings both playful curiosity and empowered kindness to her life and work.
