1:1 Intuitive Energy Coaching is a living, breathing practice, guided by your intention, created to help you get deeply in touch with who you are, and who you are here to become. Together, we’ll begin to weave embodiment and breathwork (based on the beautiful EnergyCodes™ methodology by Dr. Sue Morter, which integrates decades of clinical studies and science with spirituality) into your daily practices and repertoire, connecting you with the parts of you that you’ve forgotten or become detached from. We will awaken your highest knowing, help you to find your center, and move with purpose through life.
Within this gentle coaching container, we’ll work with your energetic field to go beneath the stories and scripts that may have held you back previously in life and help you work with a new narrative. You’ll begin to infuse your daily experience with more peace, trust, balance, and feelings of connection/deep love.
I come from a place of embracing the sacred feminine, so this program will lean into that concept. This simply means we’ll operate in an explorative way, making room for answers to be birthed organically, from your heart, and your innate knowing. I’m simply here to guide you through the wisdom, breathwork, and embodiment practices that will help you hear yourself on a deeper level, move more authentically through life, and anchor your sense of wholeness – no matter what the world does around you. Energy Coaching is absolutely available to men and non-cis identified individuals, but it will ask you to be aware of your body, and learn to listen deeply to your intuition.

What coaching is and isn't:
Energy coaching IS a way for you to connect with the vital essence of your life. It is NOT a quick fix, or talk therapy. I am not here to solve your problems for you, nor am I responsible for the way you live your life. I am here to help hold you accountable as you deepen into your understanding of life and the way you weave in the world as you create the experience you wish to achieve.
The container for this intuitively guided coaching experience is an initial 6-week program, with room for expansion. The more time we spend together, the greater the benefit and further the exploration, so I offer both 1.5 month and 3 month journeys for 1:1 coaching. Additional time can always be added on in the future. If you want to start slowly, you can always opt for a Focused 3 Day Session to get a feel for the experience.
As I mentioned, I come from a place of the sacred feminine within this coaching experience. However, we do work to balance the sacred feminine and sacred masculine energies within our experience as well. That being said, this is a completely inclusive space, and while I lean into speaking about things from an archetypal perspective to help illustrate and activate certain concepts, all non-cis or transgender identifying individuals are absolutely welcome and safe here. This container is also completely supportive of the awakened masculine experience.
